Welcome to my 5-day yoga program.
You’ve decided that now is the time to start yoga and that’s fantastic!
But just like any other physical activity, it’s better to ease yourself into it.
Let your body get used to the movement and build strength, balance and flexibility while gradually awakening your Wellbeing Warrior.
Your bed isn’t just for snoozing. There are some gentle stretches and exercises we’ll show you while you’re still in bed. You will also learn the importance of some morning practices like meditation, journaling, oil pulling, breathwork and many others that will help you to become mentally and physically healthier.
Your day starts full of positivity and a heart full of gratitude. You will learn the practice of expressing gratitude with Surya Namaskar. (Surya = Sun, Nama = to adore, to bow to). Surya Namaskar if done correctly, is one of the most wonderful feelings.
On day 2 you get a video for you to integrate Surya Namaskar into your daily practice.
Here’s a chance to be both gentle with the body and powerful with the mind. This form of yoga helps with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues like menopause and arthritis.
It’s a sequence that will benefit anyone who prefers to do yoga in a chair, such as seniors or those in a chair at work. You can also use these routines while travelling on long flights as it gets the circulation flowing.
Just as Surya Namaskar honours the energy of the sun, Chandra Namaskara, or Moon Salute, honours the energy of the moon. Since the Moon is cooling and soothing, this sequence is introduced to bring down the energies while also balancing them. This restorative sequence simply helps you quieten the mind, unwind and have a great night’s sleep.
The word ‘chakra’ means wheel in Sanskrit. It refers to the energy points in your body.
A blocked root chakra can manifest as physical issues like arthritis, constipation, and bladder or colon problems, or emotionally through feeling insecure about finances or our basic needs and well-being. When your chakras are well-aligned and open, you will feel grounded and secure, both physically and emotionally.
After our masterclass, you will be guided through a powerful meditation that will help you to align your chakras. We will be calling our guides and masters from the Akashic records to help us to bring the energies we need to experience peace, health and balance.
